Transparency matters. Here's what's not included so there are no surprises:
- ✕Content writing from scratch. We draft copy based on your input, but we're not a copywriting agency. If you need 50 blog posts, we'll recommend a content partner.
- ✕Logo and brand identity design. We work with your existing brand. If you need a logo, we'll refer you to a specialist before starting the web project.
- ✕Ongoing SEO campaigns. We build the technical foundation (schema, speed, structure), but monthly link building and content strategy is a separate engagement.
- ✕Paid advertising management. We can set up tracking pixels and conversion events, but we don't manage Google Ads or Meta campaigns.
How a Project Actually Works
Most agency "process" pages show 4 generic steps. Here's what actually happens when you work with us, week by week.
Strategy Call + Site Architecture
A 45-minute call where we understand your business, target audience, and goals. We then map out every page your site needs, what content goes on each page, and how they link together. You get a sitemap document and a content brief within 3 days. This is where most agencies fail — they skip architecture and jump straight to design, which leads to messy navigation and weak SEO.
Design in Figma
We design the homepage and 2–3 key inner pages in Figma. You review interactive prototypes on desktop and mobile. We iterate based on your feedback — typically 2 revision rounds. The design isn't just about looking good; we structure every page around a single conversion goal (enquiry form, phone call, download) and make sure the visual hierarchy guides visitors toward it.
Development + Content Integration
We code the approved designs in Next.js with Tailwind CSS. Server-side rendering is set up so Google can crawl every page. We integrate your CMS (if needed), contact forms, analytics, and any third-party tools. Content goes in during this phase — we write first drafts based on the strategy call, you review and approve. Staging link is shared for you to test before launch.
QA, Deploy, Monitor
We test on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, and real mobile devices. We run Lighthouse audits and fix anything below 90. DNS is switched, SSL is configured, sitemap is submitted to Google Search Console. We monitor for 72 hours post-launch to catch any issues. You get a handover document with all credentials, analytics access, and CMS login details.
